The MohrPure™ Health Training follows the less is more principle. With simple, effective exercises, it helps to reduce physical, mental and emotional stress, prevent burnout and improve one's own quality of life. As a result, you can feel (again) more mobility, stability, vitality, joy and serenity in all areas of your life.

In joining MohrPure™ Health you will experience a training that can help you to reduce stress, prevent burnout and increase your overall quality of life.  As
 certified B­rain Power Wellness and Health Trainer, I include different elements like meditation, movement, Breath Work and Neuroplasticity along with a lot of fun in each training session. There is no previous workout experience or a high level of agility, strength, or balance required to follow the basic exercises.
